Becoming a mentor to an internationally trained professional is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. A mentor is someone who is at once a coach, leader, and colleague. In only 12 hours, a mentor has the power to help someone change their life and build their career in a bold new direction.

Becoming a mentor is an easy, four-step process.
Step 1: Contact Us – If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please complete the form below.
Step 2: Engagement – NWPB will contact you to confirm your interest in the program and learn more about your professional background.
Step 3: Matching – Once NWPB has matched you with an internationally trained participant, we will arrange a first meeting and orientation.
Step 4: Meeting – Following the initial meeting, you and your mentee will meet for 12 hours over three months. NWPB’s staff will support you with resources to ensure your time together is meaningful.
